The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item (following the return policy) and place a separate order for the new item.

If your order ships to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason without justification. Items must be returned in the same condition, with tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase.
Refunds:
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
